This Plugin will disable Automatice Credit Card Processing for all the New Clients.
Really handy hook, Just put it in /public_html/WHMCS FOLDER/includes/hooks/ and should work on all the NEW CLIENTS.

• You still need to disable to current/old clients auto processing from Admin Area. PS
