Difference between Dedicated & Shared Seedbox?
100MBPS, 1GBPS & High Storage Seedbox are shared, all the resources expect Hard disk space allocated, are shared. Whereas Dedicated Seedboxes are single user seedbox, you get the whole server for yourself.
What is the Seedbox Panel?
Seedbox Panel is our Interactive Panel, where you can manage your whole Seedbox without hassle.

Can I install scripts?
If you have root access, then yes you can*. If you do not have root access, you can Ask Us to install it for you.
* There are few restrictions, however.
What scripts are not allowed?
Following Softwares are not allowed.
1. Mining Tool
2. Streaming Scripts. You can stream in Windows VPS & Advanced Encoding RDP using OBS.
3. Bruteforce or Attack Scripts.
Note: There can be more scripts that are not allowed, So please contact us, if you have doubt.
Any running Promo I can use?
Our prices are already very low, so we tend not to run a promotion. However, if you find any Promo code, you are free to use :).
How long my data is retained after Expiry?
Data is retained for 3 days after expiry, after which we cannot commit to saving the data if the invoice is unpaid.
Do you have instant Delivery?
Yes. Once Paid, your order status will be Pending, however, your Seedbox details will be delivered to your email/spam/promotion folder.
Note: If you are using Hotmail/Outlook, there might be some delay in delivery, So just Open a Ticket, We will send it on ticket manually.
Instant Delivery is only available on the following Products.

What are the restrictions?
There are no major restrictions, on shared plans you are expected to be under fair usage policy, as it is shared.
On Dedicated Plans, you can use the server to full extent.
Can I Mail in any of these plans?
No, Mailing in these plans is strictly not allowed. For mailing, we have Windows VPS where we allow.
Do you give Demo?
Currently, we do not give a demo due to the immense amount of abuse.
Do you have any refund policy?
We have 3 days refund policy if there is any problem with our service/server. This is only applied to the following Products.
We do not provide any refunds on Dedicated Seedbox. If there is a problem we will replace the whole server for you.
