These terms of service govern your use of SnTHostings website and services. By using our services, you accept these terms in full and without reservation.

Account Setup

Setup Process

We will set up your account after we have received payment and completed fraud screening with our payment partners.

Email Responsibility:

You must provide an email address that is not hosted on the domain(s) you are signing up for. This email will be used for all account communications, abuse notifications, and support. Keep this address current and accessible at all times.

Zero Tolerance Policies

Spam & Email Abuse

We maintain a zero tolerance stance against spam, bulk emailing, and unsolicited messages. This includes “safe lists” and purchased email lists.

  • Instant termination for sending spam – no second chances
  • Getting our mail servers blacklisted results in immediate termination
  • Backup retrieval (if available) costs $30 per backup

Prohibited Content & Activities

Copyright & DMCA

While SnTHostings does not fall under DMCA jurisdiction, our USA-based servers do. We will provide reasonable time to resolve DMCA requests. Failure to comply results in suspension.

Copyright Protection:

Infringing on copyrights or trademarks is strictly prohibited. Offering counterfeit merchandise or repeatedly violating copyright laws results in immediate account termination.

Disputes & Service Refusal

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will result in service suspension until resolved. Public disputes (forums, blogs, social media) will result in immediate suspension.

Important: We handle disputes privately via tickets or email. We require polite, professional communication. Staff abuse results in immediate termination and blacklisting.

Service Refusal Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If you’re an existing client, we’ll provide a minimum of 48 hours to transfer your data. Failure to respond to abuse department emails within 24 hours may result in suspension or termination.

Payment Agreements

Non-Payment Consequences

Services interrupted for non-payment:

  • Subject to 10% late fee
  • Data unavailable until reconnection or alternative arrangements
  • Data destroyed 7 days after suspension
  • We’re not responsible for data loss or business damage

Your Responsibility:

Log in to your client area regularly to check for upcoming invoices. We send email reminders, but it’s your responsibility to ensure correct email addresses and inbox delivery.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback results in:

  • $30 Terms Violation Fee to retrieve data/backups
  • Immediate service suspension
  • No refund eligibility
  • Permanent blacklist from all services

PayPal disputes are considered fraudulent acts and result in suspension until case closure.

Debt Collection

If your account accumulates debt, we may pass details to third-party collection agencies or sell the debt. This may result in fees up to $100.

SnTHostings may disclose subscriber information to debt collection agencies without further consent or notification.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices, resources, and subscription fees to align with market conditions and inflation.

99% Uptime Guarantee

SnTHostings provides 99% uptime for internet transit and electrical power across all eligible services:

  • Shared Hosting
  • Cloud Servers
  • Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
  • Seedbox
  • VPS
  • Dedicated Servers (deployed after September 1, 2014)

SLA Credit Terms

Cancellations & Refunds

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a legitimate 3-day money-back guarantee for qualifying services. You can request a refund if you have a legitimate problem from our end.

Note: Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

Important Restrictions:

  • Only first-time accounts are eligible
  • Previous customers who return are not eligible
  • Multiple accounts are not eligible
  • Terms violations waive refund rights

Cancellation Process

To cancel services, submit a written cancellation request via our cancellation form no less than 5 days before your renewal date.

Important: Once a cancellation request is placed, it cannot be reversed. You will need to re-order if you change your mind. Fees and charges accrued before cancellation must still be paid. No refunds for remaining months after cancellation.

Dedicated Server Reclamation

Dedicated servers are subject to reclamation and content deletion if payment is not received by the due date. Late payments do not automatically reactivate virtual or dedicated servers.

Account Security & Resource Usage

Your Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring scripts and programs installed under your account are secure, with proper directory permissions (755 or more restrictive when possible).

Compromised accounts:

  • May be disabled or terminated
  • Terms violation fees may apply if not cleaned up after notification
  • Account remains disabled until security issues resolved

Disk Usage Policy

Shared space may not be used for storage of media, emails, or other data as offsite storage, email hosts, or FTP hosts.

We reserve the right to review accounts for excessive CPU, disk space, or resource usage that violates our terms. Actions may include termination, additional fees, or content removal.

Resource Restrictions

Users may not:

  • Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes
  • Run software interfacing with IRC networks
  • Schedule cron entries with intervals less than 10 minutes
  • Use dedicated IPs for non-SSL purposes

Data Migration

We reserve the right to migrate your account/data between data centers to comply with policies, local laws, or for technical reasons, without prior notice.

Legal Provisions

Breach of Terms

Without prejudice to our other rights, if you breach these terms, we may take actions including:

  • Suspending your access to services
  • Prohibiting future access
  • Blocking your IP address
  • Contacting your ISP to request access blocking
  • Bringing court proceedings

Unenforceable Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of other provisions.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnTHostings regarding your use of our services, superseding all previous agreements.

End of Life Policy

Technology evolves rapidly. Periodically, products may be discontinued or reach “end of life” due to enhancements or vendor discontinuation. We make every effort to maximize the lifespan of all software and hardware.

In no event will SnTHostings be held liable for:

Equipment/network/bandwidth issues
IP routing issues
Loss of business
Loss of opportunity
