100MBPS, 1GBPS & High Storage Seedbox are shared, all the resources expect Hard disk space allocated, are shared. Whereas Dedicated Seedboxes are single user seedbox, you get the whole server for yourself.

If you have Admin access, then yes you can*. If you do not have Admin access, you can Ask Us to install it for you. 

Note: Some Plans comes with Admin access, and in some plans you can purchase admin access.

Data is retained for 3 days after expiry, after which we cannot commit to saving the data if the invoice is unpaid.

Windows VPS & Dedicated Server will take up to 24hours to deliver, however, it is done way sooner usually.

No, Mailing in these plans is strictly not allowed. For mailing, we have Windows VPS where we allow.

We have 3 days refund policy if there is any problem with our service/server. This is only applied to the following Products.

We do not provide any refunds on Dedicated Seedbox. If there is a problem we will replace the whole server for you.

Currently, we do not give a demo due to the immense amount of abuse.
